Dr. Vaidyanathan holds several patents in Artificial Intelligence and has authored two books and more than 70 publications in operations and project management. He has more than 30 years of industrial experience in e-commerce, IT, artificial intelligence, data management, robotics and automation, manufacturing technology, supply chain, and management strategy with several high-tech industries. He co-founded eReliable Commerce, Inc., and has held leadership positions at Honeywell (AlliedSignal), General Dynamics, Click Interactive, and NASA (Lockheed Martin). Ganesh holds a PhD in Robotics & AI from Tulane University and a MBA from the University of Chicago.

Kevin has over a decade of experience in consulting, healthcare and insurance. His specialty is database technologies with certifications with multiple vendors. He has worked with the biggest cloud environments including Snowflake, AWS and Microsoft Azure. His experience includes managing multiple teams across various lines of business, architecting modern back-end systems. With the team at Cognishen, it is exciting to work in a cloud environment where speed to market is greatly accelerated. With AWS, we leverage leading-edge security models to keep your private data secure. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from University of Michigan.

Following his management roles in the automotive OEM manufacturing and retail logistics, Alex has spent the last few years working as an advisor to executives in the recreational vehicle, marine, and fabrication industries. Throughout his career, Alex has been focused on the development of agile strategies and their translation into impactful actions. With background in supply chain management and information systems, Alex is inspired to co-develop tools at Cognishen that can democratize the supply chain intelligence across all enterprise sizes and business models. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Indiana University.

She has delivered high-impact projects in data automation, strategic planning, and process improvement, often working across teams to align technology with business goals. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from the University of Notre Dame.
